School Admin registers the school, enters contact details, and submits payment to activate the license. The system sends a license key by email.
School Admin creates accounts for the Headmaster and Academic Master. Academic Master then registers class teachers for each class.
Academic Master sets up classes (Std 1–7) with optional streams, then configures subjects per class. Use the one-click default setup or customise manually.
Class teachers or Academic Master import students via Excel or register them individually. Students are assigned to their class and subject combination.
Each teacher logs in and enters marks for their subjects. The system instantly calculates grades, averages, and ranks in real-time as marks are saved.
Academic Master reviews and submits results. Headmaster approves, then authorises printing. Report cards are generated as PDFs — student, class, or school-wide.
School Admin registers the school. Use the fee calculator to determine your term or yearly subscription cost, then submit payment proof for verification.
